Tazi-san - Over the last 10 years, if you've ever considered yourself a Sonic fan and have browsed thru DeviantArt, you probably at some point came across her comic project Operation SQ. She now has a Patreon to help fund not only the completion of this wonderful fan comic, but potential future projects. She's unfortunately closed her commissions for the rest of the year, but you can still see her rates below and know what you need to save.

VeggieStudio - Currently has Cute Style Commissions Open, up to 5 Slots. They do black & white manga pages, full colored illustrations, and full colored chibis. Their work is top notch. Fair warning, they only open when they're nearly completed their current batch of commissions and they don't stay open for long when they do. Best thing to do is watch them and follow their journal posts.

Blue Flamefox Chapter 0 Complete upload on Website
Hey there, long time no write here on DA. Just wanted to let everyone here know that I've completed my One Shot comic featuring my anthro characters over at www.blueflamefox.com You can see the first five pages here in my DA gallery, but the rest, you'll have to go to the website. No worries, the comic is completely free! The story involves Tayon, a fledgling ninja flamefox, along with his partner Gina, a hyper curious, intel assisting cat, trying to stop sky pirates from plundering a town. Give it a read sometime.
Blue Flamefox Comic Website is Now LIVE!!
Here it is: blueflamefox.com - A website dedicated to comics and stories featuring my original characters. The first Prologue comic is up in its entirety already. (It's the same one that's already in my Gallery here on DA.) I plan to upload another Prologue and then eventually a Chapter 0 One Shot comic to introduce the characters and setting. (It'll be uploaded there first.) To keep a promise to his deceased master, a young ninja flamefox and his best friend look to turn their fledgling guild into the greatest one their chaotic world has ever known. An action-adventure for those that enjoy anthro & kemono characters. It’s been a long time coming, but now I can finally start sharing some of these stories I’ve had built up for Tayon and company all these years. Hope you decide to come on over and take a look. -aRBy
Revisiting Spectacular Spiderman animated series.
So I was watching some Spectacular Spiderman the other day, the first 9 episodes to be exact. I know how good this show was, but I was given a solid reminder of how solid it really was. Tight, cohesive storytelling headed by Greg Wiseman. Strong characters. And still some of the best fight scenes in animation past 15 years. They're just so fluid and fun and have great choreography. There's a lot to learn from this show, whether you're a writer, artist, animator, etc.. A shame this show got axed in favor of the Ultimate Spiderman series... Just check out this fight sequence from Ep 6 with the Rhino.
What I've been doing lately
So for the most part, I've been trying to get my website up and running for a webcomic I plan to post soon. However, so far I'm finding myself frustrated with WordPress' supposedly "beginner-friendly" interface. I'm currently looking for guides, but if anybody has experience WordPress, I'm all ears. At the end of the day, I do want to launch sooner rather than later. I may even upload part of it here too once I'm ready! Speaking of my webcomic launch, I'm going to be "reorganizing" certain pieces in my gallery. Nothing will disappear or be deleted, but some might look a little different. Consider it "branding." -aRBy
